Whole Body Sports Massage

An effective range of various massage techniques and strokes to stimulate circulation and ease any tight muscles or stiff joints. This will help calm your horse and help enhance their overall performance and well being.

Myofascial Release

A non-invasive hands-on technique to gently move connective tissue at the surface aiding in the release of fascia and helping the horses body to re-align itself.

Trigger Point & Deep Tissue Work

Trigger points are areas of pain and irritation and help indicate other related areas of soreness. Through releasing these areas and working on surrounding tissue deeply, toxins and any contracted muscle fibres are released.

Stretching

An essential part of an Equine Bodywork treatment. Ranging from shoulder, leg, hip and neck stretches each horse will benefit from stretching no matter what their capability is. Improving posture, movement, joint and tendon health and so much more.
